Step 1 - Initially we will have a consultation by phone, followed by a brief- visit to your home to check the available space and to make sure that I know exactly what you would like out of the session. We prefer this is done at your home, especially if young children are the subjects for the portraits as we will then be familiar with each other when we start the photo shoot.

Step 2 - We bring the necessary studio lights and backdrops to create the photographs you are looking for. The session usually lasts between 1-2 hours, this is of course flexible and may well run over. We will book a time for me to come back and show you the photos. Alternatively we now have the facility to display all the images on-line in your own password protected section of our website. I will have with me at the time of the shoot samples of the different frames and finishes that we can produce.

Step 3 - You pick the pictures that you would like us to turn into the finished products. Payment in full is required

Step 4 - I will deliver the finished products which you will be proud to hang in your home.

What do we need for a session?
A clear bit of space where I can set up the backdrop and lights with a plug- nearby.

Clothing - plain colours are preferable. I have found that these work best, especially plain black or white as they give a nice clean crisp finish, please avoid fine patterns such as herringbone or dog check as they may not reproduce properly, it is your photo session however so the choice of colours is yours.

If you want your children to have different changes of clothing during the session have them handy for a quick change. Momentum can be important with young children
